THE CELEBRATION OF HOLY COMMUNTION

Communion is offered the first Sunday of each month.  In keeping with the practice of the United Church of Christ, all are invited to receive communion, including children.  We serve communion in three ways – in the pews, by intinction (congregants come forward, receive a piece of bread and dip it in the cup) and at the communion rail.   As one of two sacraments, we come to this “feast” to celebrate being united in the life and teaching of Jesus.
